A functional life? Or a fulfilling one?

One you survive? Or one that lights you up?

Functional is where most of us end up. We find means of providing for ourselves, our loved ones, and fulfilling some degree of our needs and desires. 

Then we nest in them.

We’re comfortable. We feel secure. Why rock the boat?

We retreat into comfort. 

We quietly contract.

Legend says comfort is a silent death that comes for many.

Settling for a functional life is understandable. Getting there is hard enough.

But functional and fulfilling are different games.

You can have function without fulfillment.
