Where The Whimsies Went

Uhhhm hiii…

Whale hullo there! 

Nice to see you again :) 

Whimsies vanished last week because after releasing Playlist 51 and Celestial Ceremony, then going to a festival to celebrate and dance my heart out, I returned home overflowing with inspiration and motivation that turned into three new songs.

And boooy let me tell you…

Bringing these songs to life was such a sweet indulgence of creative obsession that absolutely took up all my time, energy, and attention not reserved for life necessities.

I figured out how to bring a Disney theme song into my bass-heavy world. 

I turned a mashup I’ve been working on in my mind since March into reality.

And I finally understood what a song I’ve been wanting to remix since I began learning production has been waiting to become in my hands, under my influence. 

They’re all in the final polishing stages now, and all will be released in time. 

I can’t say when though, as I’m investing in the accompanying artwork for each song, with delightfully creative humans, and those timelines aren’t mine to dictate. 

But I feel like a huge step forward has been taken with my production, the idea-to-song pipeline is picking up speed, and more Jinxian noise is coming <333
